how to stay in limit on SUGARS ?????
I have been on this for almost 3 and half month. I am seeing some results (positive obviously) and have changed my eating/ exercising habit. New to try loosing weight. Been almost three weeks. Height 5.3 weight 65 kg. Eating around 1200 calories. Cardio and some stretching for 45 minutes for 3 days a week.
