struggling

New to try loosing weight. Been almost three weeks. Height 5.3 weight 65 kg. Eating around 1200 calories. Cardio and some stretching for 45 minutes for 3 days a week. Have avoided all junk food, frizzy drinks, eating all home made food 6 days a week. (giving myself treat once a week with eother pizza or nando's yummmmm) no any improvements seen yet. Lost 1 KG but i wonder if it is just water weight or sth like that.. how long doest it normally take to see at least any sign or result..


m already starting to doubt my abilities now.

    I feel like 1200 calories is really low. MFP tells everyone to eat at 1200 calories but for most, its not enough if you're exercising. If you dont already, eat back your exercise calories

    First you're probably not eating enough. Second you've lost 1 kg which is great. Don't be a quitter - you can do this! You didn't gain the weight in 3 weeks, you won't lose it all in 3 weeks.

    Thanks But the thing is i dont even feel hungry, do you think i should add more to my intake ??

    Agree with the others - if your body is not getting enough nutrients/food it will say "Oh, I'm starving, I am going to save this for later!" I think re-thinking calories per day may help.
