  • Thank you very much everyone for all the advice! I decided to take a day off from working out yesterday and went out to Red Lobster and stuffed my face!! I'm going to try bumping my calories up to around 1400 and zig zagging between that and 1200 and seeing how it works out! Maybe my metabolism just needs a little trick…
  • I've been eating 1200 for about 4 days now, with still no results. What can I eat that's not too bad just to get my calories up to 1400-1600? I have trouble eating 1200 as it is because everything I eat is so healthy it barely has calories, ya know? I just end up getting stuffed.
  • I go to the gym atleast 6 days a week and use the elliptical for a half hour, and lately I've been trying to start running on the treadmill. Some days I will do a 30 minute Zumba routine at home in addition to going to the gym.
