July 15th, right? ;) My weight this morning was 168.6 down 3 lbs from last week. =)

I also tend to binge at night. I've had a good week logging and steady weight loss this week. So now I'm feeling pretty good and I want to eat everything in the house today. It's T.O.M. and that doesn't help, but I think I'll be chewing a ton of gum today to try and stay on track.

I weigh daily, just so I can see how my choices are affecting me. Fluctuations are natural and I don't let them derail me. But I have a tendency to "cheat" after a good weekly weigh in, so daily weigh ins keep me accountable to me. As with nearly everything else about weight loss - Do what works for you.

MFP SW: 174 Challenge GW: 155 UGW: 145 Week 0: 173.8 Week 1: 169.0 (-4.8 lbs) Finally started logging food again and I think last's week weight was a bit of water weight and a result of excessive eating over the holiday, but either way feeling good this week.

I did 5.5 miles on Saturday and it was a hot, humid morning. Have to get back at Piyo today.

Thanks, I'm trying not to get discouraged. I actually think I should put my scale away for a few weeks. Hard when I signed up for a weekly weigh-in group challenge. =)

Losing inches and tightening up, but gaining weight. =( 171.6

I just started PiYo last week, and am training for a half marathon. Add me!

Hi! I am a stay-at-home mom to three kids and babysit two others. I am currently training for a half marathon (Sept 26) and trying to slim down for a bridesmaid dress (Sept 4). I started PiYo last week and hope it helps with my strength and flexibility. I dislocated my shoulder two years ago and have lost a great deal of…

I was the same this week. =/

169.6 Gained 0.8lbs this week =( Missed my goal by 3.6 pounds, but I'm leaving the rest the same. Have to be ambitious! If I could control my cravings, I'd be doing pretty well. Working out is now part of my daily routine again, so I'm feeling great even if the scale isn't cooperating!

AWESOME! Welcome to One-derland!

I'm totally in for a Labor Day Challenge! The wedding I am in is the Friday before Labor Day, so this new group will be perfect for me. Found the 4th of July group late, so excited to start fresh with all of you. =)

168.8 lost another 0.6lbs which after the indulgent week I had dessert-wise I will count as a victory. Falling behind my goal, but planning a productive week to get back on track!
-
I sent a request to join. Can someone add me? Thanks!

Great Loss, @JMC3Terp ! Congrats @VioletLemon ! I too entered a new "decade" this week. It's a good feeling to watch that second number drop. =)

@faithngoodworks can you post a link? I still can't figure out how to search groups on MFP.

169.4 (lost 1.8 lbs) close to my 2lb goal each week. I will take it!

Mom of 3: 9, 7 and 4. I also babysit two boys: 1.5 and 5 months. Eat when I'm stressed, which is most of the afternoon! I homeschool the kids too, so they are home all day! I need to lose almost 30 pounds and preferably in 15 weeks for a wedding I am standing up in. No time to waste!

Midwest - USA. On Friday reports were predicting lightning during the race, which would have meant cancelling it all together, but instead it was 75º and nearly 100% humidity. I drank a ton of water. =) Where are you located? Are you excited for your first half?

@Lagopus I did finish, thanks! It was a red-weather event (meaning high alert) because of the high humidity levels. It was supposed to be cloudy and chance of storms, but instead it was all sun. IFeeling a bit sore today... but so glad I got out there!
