Yeah, I tried that and quickly found it was not for me. I am going to bump up my calories a bit and see what that does.

so do u think the 1500 is not enough for me? maybe I should try eating 1600-1700 a day and see how that goes for a while. because my tdee-15% is just below yours it was 1733 and -20% is 1631

I have tried eating the MFP suggested 1200 cals a day but I found I was not satisfied and very irritable. so according to MFP I should be eating 1350 calories a day to lose 1lb a week and that is at sedentary level. I do plan on working out and eating most of my exercise calories back.. will this work for me? 1350 is more than enough calories to keep my hunger satisfied..
