With me I just divided up my daily calories evenly. It says I should have around 1,600 a day. So my 3 meals a day are 400 each... I am usually a little under. then I have 400 calories that I use for snacks if I'm feeling a little hungry. Try to grab something like an apple and cheese or something else that is healthy. I've…
