as crazy as it sounds I would try to eat a few more calories if you are working out that much maybe up to 1400 a day... I have been there.

I'm 5'5 and 3 kids later at my peak after number 3 203 then got down to 193.. and since Jan lost 22 pounds.. my 1st gola is to get to 150 ish then my 2nd goal would be 135 ish.. anything under that I am to thin.. I want to have some meat on my bones , just like when my hubs met me. not fat nor to thin.

Feel free to add me. I am an at home mom and have a total of about 60 pounds to lose But i am doing it in waves. my 1st goal is set at 30 pounds. then I will set my 2nd one.
