  • I have so much trouble getting enough water on the weekends. I carry it with me but i just don't get the same amount i do during the week. GRRRRR! I am always 2 pounds heavier on Monday mornings because of this. For some reason i just don't drink it like i do sitting at my desk at work.

  • I did a new class this morning a combination of step aerobics and kickboxing. WOW it kicked my butt and i have been working with a trainer for the last 8 weeks. I can't wait for next weeks class.   • Lemon Juice is the secret. I do it for my daughters lunch. I just squirt a little on a plate then drop the apples in the juice and cover the whole apple.
