I had the same thing and I finally went to see a podiatrist. I had tendanitis(spelling?) in my feet. I had to rest them and i had custom inserts made and my feet have been great for the most part since. I had to see 2 different podiatrist because the first one was not great. It was the best thing i ever did.

YOu can count it as water, but you also need to account for the calories too. Usually about 10 calories for 20oz.

I started with wanting to loose 103 pounds and down 37 as of my last weigh in on Monday. We can do this just keep at it. 40 pounds is a big goal, and will take a while to get there. I am still pretty big and not very coordinated and i did a class. I was able to keep up for the most part. Some steps were beyond my capabilities but i just changed it a little bit for me. Stand in the back if you can and no one will be able to tell.

I just recently tried it and liked it. It was something different, and although i couldn't do some of the steps I was in the back and made up some of my own. It was a pretty good class and it was nice to shake things up a bit.

I typically don't believe in this stuff, but my father did hypnosis for smoking about 20 years ago, and has not picked up a cigarette since the day he did it. Good luck, I certainly hope this is the answer for you as it will be so much healthier for you not smoking. I have seen it work.

I am the same way. I either drink water or I am on the computer to keep myself busy. That has worked and the munchies have slowly decreased over the last few weeks.

I second the Polar F6. I went back and forth because of the cost, but it really is worth it, and you can get a new one on e-bay for $99 with free shipping. You don't feel the chest strap at all while you are working out, that was what i was most afraid of. I love it, and it is so much more accurate than the machines.

I am not a fan of sweet potatoes either and i love regular potatoes, but as the poster above suggested, I tried them as fries. THey were delicious. Just cut them into fry size stripes, coat lightly with olive oil and seasoning and bake. They were so good, my 5 year old and I goobled up the whole tray.
