Thanks for all the great suggestions, I also make sure i eat right afterwards and always make sure there is protien. I have been eating a banana about 30min-hour before my workouts but i wasn't sure if that was enough or if i should be eating something else. Thanks for the suggestions, and i have been researching online and now i am a little scared. Several reviews of different monitors say they are too small. I am on the heavy side so i am pretty big, anyone with the Polar F6 can you tell me if it will fit for a bigger person?

Don't worry about the calories if you are sick, just make sure you are getting plenty of liquids. Water, gatorade, etc. Stay away from Soda though, not good for you.:drinker: Hope you feel better soon.

I have been here for a little less than a week too, but i love it as well. I love reading the posts and it keeps me busy so i don't eat. I am a boredom eater and this helps after my little one goes to bed from raiding the house for sweets.
