We make pulled pork, canritas for tacos, and turkey pumpkin chili. Question: How do you put meat in there like pork chops, without the meat shredding to bits?

I don't know how to help you, but I just thought I'd let you know that I am definitely going through the same thing. Once I cut it out the first time, the cravings disappeared, but now... UGH I am always thinking about desserts.

Hmm..So far, I've been pretty unsuccessful with this. Last spring and now this fall, I have gained around midterms, and to be honest, I have not recovered from finals in May. Sigh.. Bringing my lunch and snacks helps. It's the late night study time that is really getting me.

Definitely not odd. I think I'll start trying this. I've tried talking $h!t to myself, but it just makes me feel worse and I end up failing again. This is a much more positive approach though! Thank you!

I started at 250 and I have pretty bad asthma as well. The key thing is to slowwww wayyyy down! Sometimes when you're running it might even seem like you're walking, but don't let it discourage you, just keep running and you got this!

For some reason, it really depresses me, but I just go ahead and record my new "higher" weight when I weigh in. Otherwise, I feel like I'm working hard to just make up for past mistakes instead of truly starting fresh. Just went through a big cycle of gaining and losing, but I think I'm on the right path now.

I have a hard time justifying doing such an invasive surgery and risking my life, but I don't think that any amount of exercise will help. At this point, I'll just be happy to be at a healthy weight, pouch and all with sad boobs. My recovery after the c-section was really rough and I don't wanna go through that again.

If I do the rhythm boxing like I'm tryna knock a bish out, then I can get a pretty good burn doing the 13 minute one. Also, I do the step workouts with dumbbells and do shoulder presses, bicep curls, etc while stepping. It's nice for a change of pace!

I ate like it was my job and gained 60 with baby1, 50 with baby2, and 43 with baby3. I aboslutely did not need to gain that much, but I was completely sedentary and the queen of cake. All my babies were around 9lbs with number 3 at 9lbs 14oz.
