I had three kids by age 22, all while pursuing my undergraduate degree. (Still pursuing the dang thing:huh: ... whoa finals!)

I print out monthly calendars and schedule my workouts along with my midterms, papers, and projects. Our campus is huge so I walk around a bit more if I have time between classes. I'm an undergraduate with three kids under five who INSIST on waking up before 6am every day so that AM workout is a no go. We did manage to…

I just bust out laughing at my desk, thank you!

I gave up Splenda and tried Stevia, but it's just disgusting to me. I just use honey now (yes, even in my coffee) and my skin has cleared up dramatically! Don't know if there's a connection, but I'll take my calories. Plus, local honey helps with my allergies.

It was my 19th birthday, and we got a hotel in San Antonio. He made reservations for us at the Tower of Americas and proposed while we were looking out at the Riverwalk. He had the server bring the ring in a strawberry shaped as a rose. We had been together three months. It'll be five years since that day on Saturday! We…

Yay for kettlebells!

Thanks for the encouragement! Pretty sure I will not be done in thirty minutes, but I'll just get it done nonetheless.

Yes. And weighing in every day works for some people. There really is no "right" way to do things despite what you might hear. However, there ARE several "wrong" ways. Thinking critically here, could you honestly maintain 400-500 calories a day for the rest of your life? No, you cannot. Why the rush? If 1200 was working,…

Since you already bought Turbo Fire, why not give it a shot? Do what you can and modify as needed, and just like 30DS, you will get better and better. I have had to do that with almost every program that I've tried. 20 weeks is plenty of time to get your fitness level up to the video's levels. Good luck to you!…

Yay! I have an hour for food prep tomorrow, and this will be top of the list.

I feel so sick if I drink more than 10 glasses of water a day. I don't really get the point.. You cannot "flush the fat" as I keep reading on these forums. To the OP.. I still only go like once every 3 hours after three kids. Everyone's different! Way to go for hitting your 8 glasses.

Awesome! I definitely see a difference. You look fabulous
-
I'm interested in this as well! Bump!
-
Yup, it just sneaks up on you! Happened to me too, especially during pregnancy.
-
Originally from Texas, but living in the SF Bay Area, attending UC Berkeley. Love love love the East Bay.
-
Is this for real?

No advice really, as I sucked at weight gain during my pregnancies (60 lbs, 50 lbs, 42 lbs). But I would like to encourage you to continue to search for that motivation and commit to being healthy for yourself and your baby. I soooo wish I would have followed my own advice. I am more tired now, and getting less sleep now…

For me, the more weight I have to lose, a pant size lost normally correlates with about 20 lbs. However, once I get into the 35 left and under, I imagine it'll be more like 10 lbs a size.

I'm 23, almost 24 now, and I'm from Texas, but now we live in the Bay Area. I was 19 with #1, 21 with #2, and 22 with #3. My husband and I got married five weeks after baby 1 was born. He's 4 years older than me. Then we just started knockin 'em out! We're done now though. We're both full-time students and it'd be too…

I'd be interested to hear from more owners of these products. I like numbers, and although I may not *need* one of these, I believe it would be extremely motivating for me. Plus, I got a birthday coming in 6 weeks

I'm not necessarily older, but I am a fourth year undergraduate with three small children. It's tough balancing a part-time job and a family while in a class with people 3-5 years younger than I am. Keep pushing forward! I'm trying to.

I tried to "eat because you need to make food for your baby" and gained weight. What helped me the most was starting to prep food for no more than 2-3 hours a week that I could easily grab and go. In a typical week (read- ideal) I steam a bunch of broccoli, make a huge veggie stir fry, bake like 6 chicken breasts and roast…

I love this! You're a funny guy, too. Congratulations on your success, you look fantastic!

I don't cook mine. I mix it with greek yogurt, chia seeds, milk, and whatever else I'm feeling and enjoy it cold in the morning. Relax.

I have a Polar FT4 Heart rate monitor that I go ton Amazon. I really like it. Also, I feel like you won't get the advice you're looking for without disclosing more information about your diet.

Yum! Bump!

My MIL passed away before I met my husband and he hasn't spoken to his father in ten years, so I never met him either. His entire family lives in Texas (we're in California now) so we never really visit. They like me, and think I've been "good for my man" whatever that means.. But our values and worldview just do not match…

bump! My husband and I are both students with three kids. We have no idea how to budget and live like financially responsible adults. :embarassed: There is some really great advice here!
