I can't even wear a skirt or dress without pain right now. W.T.F?! I don't think I'll ever have a gap, but I sure would like to have my shorts stay in the same place as when I pulled them on!

Awesome! You look great!

Love this! Congratulations! You're seriously reversing the clock and looking amazing!

I AM IN! Late, but still here. Let's see, I'll commit to going from 244.2 to 235. It's a lot, but if your dreams don't scare you, maybe they're not big enough, right?! Hope everyone's doing well!

http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ - calculate your BMR, and then calculate your TDEE You may find that 1200 is just too low for you. I would be so HANGRY all the time. It's not for everyone.

Awesome loss so far! You're looking great! If you're not doing too much strength training right now, I'd think that you could expect to lose inches pretty quickly even if the scale doesn't go down. Good luck to you!

Yeah, I had to do this a little while ago.

I've been using the app endomondo on my iphone to time myself to see if I'm doing any better or running any farther. Lots of days I will do better, but other days (like today) jogging is just freaking hard. Don't know what was different, but it was rough for me. Just keep at it! You will see improvement.

You will feel so proud of yourself tomorrow Peachy! I'm rooting for you :flowerforyou:

Get some fat in there! Nuts, nut butters, low sugar granola, really, you can eat what you want.

This summer I am *mostly* a SAHM, and I chose lightly active. I mean seriously, how often do you get to sit down for an hour at a time without someone needing something? Me, NEVER lol.

The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno (sp?) is a pretty popular resource. She has several cookbooks and a Clean Eating Magazine.

I find it funny how so many people are halfway in! Just DO IT! This is gonna suck with the start of a new semester and no wine, but it's for the best.

:drinker: I am with you! Just drank up the last of the alcohol in our house last night, so here's to saving money and shinking waistlines!

I'd love to see 30 more lbs gone by then, but I will gladly accept 24

Congrats! Great work!

I would definitely suggest eating more. I know it's difficult to accept when all we've been told is eat less and move more, but I can't imagine a nursing mama who is EBF netting fewer than 1600/day.

I hate my flat *kitten*. I pass, but I'd rather not. And boobs.. FAIL

I'm half black and half white, but I've been asked if I'm almost every single nationality from Mexico, below. Also, if I'm half aboriginal. Most often though, people approach me speaking in Spanish. Fortunately, I've taken a few years and can respond!

thank you!

This is one of my favorite ever success stories!

NOPE! I like mine. Not everyone will like everything, so embrace yourself freckled and all!

They're more for your records. Under cardivascular exercises, you can type in strength training and it will count calories for you though. I just log mine in both sections.

This was a great read! Thank you!

Love this!

Short answer: Umm.. YES. 460 is way too low. I don't know what you mean by "help" but my suggestion would be to stick with a diet that you can maintain for life. If raw vegan is it, then go for it!

Perfectly stated. I am 5'10" and biracial. Some men found that difficult to categorize, but most didn't care. When I was looking, I made sure that I was approachable and did not fault men for not approaching me. They will show their interest if you seem interesting. Now, I'm happily married to my husband who is 5'10" and…

I wanted four or five kids initially, but I have three little girls. Four, two, and nine months. I always wanted little girls, and I wanted them to be close in age as my brother and I are five years apart. I would have liked to have a little boy as well, but it's not gonna happen. My husband got snipped! Also, we're both…

i've been meaning to try this as well!

Questions for those who follow a primal lifestyle: With the dairy, do you do full-fat or can I keep my skim milk? How strict are y'all on the issue of legumes? Where do you keep your carb cut-off at? And is it net carbs or regular carbs? I had a friend who had great success following a low carb/paleo diet, and she swears…
