  • I was concerned about the amount of bread calories I was consuming too. I buy slimwiches now. They're usually $2-$3 where I live. Only 90 calories for the whole bun.   • I was having an issue finding good salad dressings once I started paying attention to sugars also. I have personally landed with Kraft Light Zesty Italian. It's made with EVOO versus high fructose corn syrup and has 2 grams of sugar per 2 tablespoons. its delicious though. I've gotten my mom hooked on it now too.
  • From what I've read, you're supposed to eat fruits prior to eating anything else because it digests faster in your system. I believe you're actually supposed to eat it on an empty stomach. Most of that info is base on the "You Are What You Eat" lady, Dr. Gillian McKeith.
