I'm on W6D3 which is a 22 min run. I went out on my own last night but could only manage 12 mins. Last week I ran with a friend and ran 20 mins non stop and on Sunday I went with my cousin, she runs all the time, and ran a full 5k with her in 36 mins. I sort of started on Monday, I had no app on my phone so I did my own programme of 4 mins walk warm up then 5 x 2 min runs/2 min walk and approx. 4 min cool down. I managed this ok so I was thinking of skipping straight to W2D2 of the Zen Lab Couch to 5K which would be 5 min walk then 1.5 min run/2 min walk for 20 mins.…

I just started last night. Completed W1D1 using the 5k Trainer app. I was getting a bit tired towards the end but I managed it easier that I thought. Do I need to have a rest in between each day? I'd like to try W1D2 tonight but can just go for a walk if I need to.

Hope to do the mini-marathon too. I'll be doing it with 3 of my sisters, must see if they plan to run/walk or a combination of both.:smile: , have to start training too now the nights are brighter.
