Honestly, calorie counting is a guessing game! To me, it's not the "calorie" counting that helps. It's the fact that it makes you more knowledgeable on what is going inside your body. Thanks so much. I really don't want to get back to my previous weight. I will be so mad at myself if I go to 12's, then 14's.... then so on and so forth... It just keeps piling on!
