I am 5'0 and right now I am 111.7 I need to tone some more but would like to lose some more weight a lot of my weight is in my thighs so mabe 105 and go from there..

Ya I mean the one I made this morning was tasty it had peanut butter and a little dark chocolate chips but I am looking for something maybe with less honey

I just made mashed potatoes yesterday with plain greek yogurt and a little margarine and they turned out great

I don't have a high blood pressure mine is actually pretty low most days it is 80/60 or a bit higher when the doctors check it the but then one time they told me 106/64

Alright seems to be making sense now to me....I exercise every day I try a min of 60 min whether that is pure cardio or cardio with strength training

The weight watchers food are recipes I have entered not the frozen kind 95% of the time...and ok about the eggs! I was actually going to eat a hard boiled egg later

The bloating I also get even going under 2500 I still tend to bloat up

Thanks guys! Ya I try to eat fresh as much as possible but it really does add up when adding processed food!

Ya I can see the lose in my face and not too much anywhere else and the scale ALWAYS makes me mad because I feel like I should have lost more and didn't. Did you measure yourself when you started? That made me feel a bit better when I was upset.

That's great I hope you can get off of it too.... My blood pressure is rather low some days its 80/60 other days it can get as high as 106/64

I feel your pain I need to lose around the same amount and I feel like I am at a stop and is very discouraging : ( keep it up though your body will love you for it!

Ok I feel like I am definitively doing a lot better with tracking and looking at what I am actually eating... My diary is open...this process is all new to me and I'm learning as I go

I am a member and haven't had any trouble there is a little of everything. I love it there especially for the value! And if you become a black card member you can have a friend join you or you can try other locations.

I typically do cardio first then focus on either arms, legs, and mid section and rotate those each day
