The first time I tried Greek I was not a fan. But I'd heard so much about the advantages over regular that I kept trying different kinds until I found what I liked! Now, Greek yogurt is a part of breakfast for me just about every day!

I like Overnight Oats. I mix equal parts (1/4 - 1/3 cup) oats, yogurt and milk in a bowl and leave them in the fridge overnight. In the morning when I get to work, I throw in some crunchy add-ins like granola, whole grain cereals, some fruit chunks and sometimes I'll heat up some peanut butter to drizzle on top.

I got the 200 under 200 cookbook for my birthday and have to finish looking through it. I've done the Eggs in a Mug for breakfast a couple of times and love them!!
