What are these Water Pills ????? I made a mistake of weighing myself last week & was SHOCKED!!!!! but now this week after that time has almost passed I am bk to my normal weight !!!!! SO I am not going to weight myself arnd that time ;)

I am not a huge fan of green tea but I drink it as it has health benefits. I just drink the tea as that means extra water in & keeps me full for a while.

I like it with a tea spoon of honey or maple syrup & a tb spoon of roasted pumpkin seeds. I also like it with fresh cut up strawberries, blueberries or I add this Indian spice mix called Chat Masala to plain yogurt & its delicious.

I am on 1200 cal/day so I try to bf about 200 cal, lunch 400+ , Dinner 400+ & then rest for snacks.But there are days when bf is 300, then lunch 300 & dinner another 300 & rest for snacks.

I am no expert, when I started I got a lot of headaches but I kept up the 3 healthy meals & 2 small healthy snacks + 6 glasses of water. After abt 2 weeks or so the headaches went away :)

this is one area I struggle with. Its winter here & although I do manage 6 glasses everyday but thats a very concious effort on my part.so 8 glasses is really pushing it for me :(
