I workout 5/week about an hour each day. I go to gym & do ciruit training/ strenght training twice a week & C to5 rest 3 days. Weekends are busy with cooking, taking kids to activities & cleaning.

I envy you!!! I love fresh veges & fruits but all the work required to produce that is tiring!!! And we have too many rabbits in our area & vegetable garden seems to attract them.

I grew up eating these minus the cottage cheese. We add a green chilli when blending the dal & make thin crispy chila :)

Thanks everyone :) Right now I don't drink any protien shakes but now that I am regularly exercising & strength training may be I need to look into it. Will try some & see if that helps. thanks

I LOVE Salmon !!! I make it few different ways. 1. I buy Indian fish spice mix, Marinate the fish for couple of hrs in the spice mix & BBQ . 2. I welt some spinach with garlic & salt keep aside. Coat fish with oilve oil, seasoning salt & black pepper. Spread the spinach on top of fish & BBQ ( Super yummmyy!!!)

What is done is DONE!! the only thing you can change is the future. Think that you don't want to be thinking the same thing after a month SO start fresh today and a month from now you will closer to your goal than you are today. You can do it!!!! There is a LOTS of support here .
