Lost Motivation! HELP!!!

So I joined MFP a little over a month ago and I did so well up until my birthday (March 12). I had lost about 7lbs and was really excited, doing well, and happy about my lifestyle change. Well, then my birthday weekend hit, I completely overindulged (have gained back all 7lbs) and lost my motivation.
I went out with my husband and some friends last night, we took some pictures and automatically flipped out, thinking that I looked completely disgusting. We then got our wedding video from our friend who was editing it, so of course we had to watch it (I was 10lbs thinner back in October, when we got married), which sent me into a self-loathing pity party because I feel like I look huge.
I'm 5'7" and 161lbs and for me, this is big. I don't feel comfortable in my own skin, and while my husband tells me I'm beautiful and how sexy he thinks I am, I just don't see it when I look in the mirror. I feel like this is helping to motivate me, but I guess I feel like I need some help. I need a proverbial "swift kick in the @ss," if you will.
Anyone who would like to help, please feel free to add me! I try to be good motivator for you as well.

What is done is DONE!! the only thing you can change is the future. Think that you don't want to be thinking the same thing after a month SO start fresh today and a month from now you will closer to your goal than you are today. You can do it!!!! There is a LOTS of support here .0

When you fall off the wagon so to speak dont give up. Dust yourself off and get back on.Whats done is done you cant change it just move forward and dont beat yourself up about it. (Everyone cheats from time to time) It sounds like most of what you ulost and gained back could have been water weight. So dont stress : ) It takes hard work and motivation and a support system! That is how I make it!! My husband and I own our own business and we have 3 small children if I can do this you can too!!! Keep your head up and keep moving!! Best of luck to you!!0
