I love love love my hummus!! :)) I buy Sabra hummus and its only 70 calories for two tablespoons. I eat it with raw veggies. It's such a good substitute for me compared to chips or cookies..... I honestly don't think i could do this half as easily if I didn't have hummus and carrots for a snack in the afternoon. :))

I definatly think too many cokes and not enough calories. :smile: I used to drink coke all day long as well but then I realized how bad it was for me and limited myself to one every other day. If thats too hard then try limiting yourself to one a day. Good luck!! :flowerforyou:

Mine is the middle of the healthy BMI for me but im really just planning to stop when I feel like I look and feel really healthy!! For me it's not a number it's a feeling of being healthy that matters! :smile:

Thanks everyone for the great advice, think i'll go look 4 some of those dvds!! :smile: I actually love going for walks however I live in Coastal Alabama so is SUPER HOT and humid right now, today it was 95 degrees by nine in the morning :grumble: ..... maybe will try early morning or late evening!!

I'm on 1200 calories as well, it isn't so hard but if I'm having a hard day I just work off whatever extra I ate that day. Also I drink TONS of water, it help keep me full and also is super good for you!! Good luck and hang in there!! :smile:
