I was just curious if people were keeping track of the inches too? I would be happy just to loose a few inches here and there and get my body fat % a bit. Im just looking to tone up, and i know that by starting to exercise again I could build muscle which could keep my weight around the same level

thanks for that. It took some effort but i managed to work it out, and came up with the same numbers as the site. Ive alwyas wondered if the water with tea or coffee count, as its a natural diuretic. Or does milk count because i imagine that is mainly water and i drink more of that

Its all confusing, it doesnt help that measurments vary between the US and UK! A pint in the US is 473ml but in the UK its 568

How much is recommended daily, and how big are the cups they use as a measure? Im not sure if im getting enough or not

Decided to join to try and loose some flab ive gained over the last year, tone up, and to get out of poor eating habits. Late night snacks etc. First time I've tried something like this so any tips would be good!

maybe your bodys gotten used to the exercise. I read that as your body gets used to the exercise the calories burnt will get less. Thats why interval training is sometimes more effective. Prehaps switching strokes during your swim would help
