how many servings are in the vega shakes? I am on herbalife but it has casein in it and I would like to switch.

I used to be the worst night snacker ever. I have been drinking herbalife shakes with added protein at about 7 and now I rarely have cravings. When I do, I eat nuts or fruit and then force myself to stop snacking when I'm full. The cravings will go away I promise!

Sugar, gum and hunger are headache triggers for me. The day I stopped eating candy and soda my headaches disappeared.
