I have a constant headache. It is definitely NOT dehydration I drink 100-160 ounces of water a day.
I've been doing Insanity and while I'm working out I don't notice them but within 2 hours after I've finished my head hurts again...
Any tips???
Thanks,
Chelsea

Try magnesium. Electrolyte imbalances are usually the culprit, especially since you're drinking sooo much water. Also try getting some sodium in your diet. If you're drinking straight up water out of the tap or most bottles, you may be washing out your 'lytes. You can get OTC magnesium tablets. Start there, take the recommended dose, and ease it up if at first it doesn't help. I take 750mg/day, but I also have bowel issues and need the extra. And women tend not to get enough mag in their diet.0

Sugar, gum and hunger are headache triggers for me. The day I stopped eating candy and soda my headaches disappeared.0
