OK I kinda watched it. Most of those plank moves were in the 30 DS they get easier :) They really do. Like after watching level 2, I am feeling like oh I have this. And after your 30 days you are going to feel the same way about whatever you choose to do next!

Thats how I felt with level 2 of the 30 day shred... it never got easier! Hang in there because when you finish up you will be amazed at how far you've come and Level 1 will be smooth sailing (but you'll still sweat ALOT!!)

I threw a few chicken breasts in the crockpot with half a jar of salsa and some water last night- taste almost like tacos, super simple and yummy!

I really liked it. I'm also glad I did shred first. i felt like this came pretty easy. Do not get me wrong I am sweating buckets!! I did most of the session with 8 lb weights so I guess I am going to try the whole thing tomorrow with 8lbs :) I dont think I have ever done the hollow man before- wow!! i'm pretty sure my abs…

If Jillian says take a day of rest then I am definitely taking breaks this time. 30 days straight did some major wear and tear on me. I am planning on (with the exception of the first week) only doing Ripped Monday through Friday. Yoga and rest on the weekends. What does everyone else have in mind?

Thanks for sharing your results! I am finishing up 30 DS tomorrow and starting ripped in 30 in a few days. So happy to finally hear some good things about Ripped. I was starting to think i would be wasting my time doing it. You look amazing!

I am going to start a thread to see who else wants to do it with us. and we should start a group like this one :) The 10th sounds like a great day to me! I don't want to take more than 2 days off or I will fall off the wagon!

My day 23 was today. I am taking the jump lunges slow. I am having trouble keeping good form when I try to keep up with them and I dont want my knees going over my toes!

In the last week or so I have become a morning exerciser! pretty exciting. i am really enjoying the morning energy boost! My sides up by like my armpits are killing me! I think its from the walking pushups.

This is my second day of Level 3 and oh my are my shoulders burning! I really really like feeling stronger every day. Its addictive :wink:

I have not been good at checking in with this group. I finished day 19 today. I am going to finish up Level 2 and move on to Level 3 tomorrow.

I usually work out at night but for yesterday and today i have done it in the morning. I really like working out in the morning before work. And i kind of like working out while I am half asleep. lol

Finished day 14 day. And had my weigh in.. Lost 3 lbs this week! Much more motivated to keep moving forward!

I was thinking about you today when I did level 2. are you doing all the jumping moves? I'm only doing them once once hard and once easy. Those are hard on my knees... I have a lot of weight to lose though

I dont know how I fell a day behind everyone. Did you ladies all start on Monday the 9th? Anyways, I had to move back down to my 5 lb weights or I would have never made it through todays workout. Did anyone else move up weights in level 1 and feel like they needed to drop back down in Level 2?
