  • I love the Jerri Love dvd's. She has several ones out and they are intense. They are for strenth training. She belives in lots of reps with pulses and she makes every last rep count. She kicks butt!
  • Good advice. Avoiding fast food restaurants at all costs is a big one. I have kids and staying away from fast food places is difficult but it helps knowing it's bad for them too.   • I read this morning that we need a minimum of 1,400 calories. It sounds like we are in the same boat. I'm just under 5'3" and weight 143. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. Good luck!
