I did HCG injections about 2 years ago. I lost 30lbs in 6 weeks and as soon as I ate normal again I gained 45lbs back. I also had issues with my menstrual cycle. I wont go into details but it wasn't pretty.

I have been doing Atkins for a few weeks and I love it. I follow this woman on Facebook who does Atkins and she has lost about 200lbs.

I have been on phentermine phendamendazine ( not sure that is the correct spelling) HCG otc diet pills. They are all like crash diets. The phentermine and phendamendazine totally screwed up my cycle.

My best friend makes sofrito all the time! I love it!!!!! Its hard to find all the stuff to make it here in Vegas tho. We sometimes have to go to a few stores and we can never find the ajice peppers so we use green bell peppers.
