You're welcome.

When I was a bartender, I constantly had married men trying to take me home, trying to get my number, trying to get me to send them/let them take innappropriate pictures. Wearing a fake wedding band didn't work, telling them I was in a relationship didn't work (even though I wasn't at the time), actually had a guy friend…

I'm joining late! Goals: 1. Walk/Jog at least three hours a week on top of my 5 weekly workouts. 2. Log everything. 3. Stay under my calorie goals. 4. Hit my protein goals. 5. Meditate daily. 6. Lose 3 lbs.

You're in 7 different clubs at school, but you don't have any friends? :noway: When I was 19 my parents kicked me out because I wanted to go to college. I thought I hated them, that they didn't want me to succeed, and they were trying to ruin my life. So I did really well in college to prove them wrong about me. And then I…

Have you tried Grimm? I've only watched part of the first season of Supernatural but it seems similar. Maybe less scary. :frown:

If I want real pizza, I work it into my day and eat low cal for my other meals. Otherwise I make my own using flatbread wraps with lots of veggies, or the other day I made an open faced omelet with pizza sauce and toppings which turned out amazingly good.

Tim Horton's, at first because we have them and not Starbucks, now because I like them better. The chicken snack wraps are awesome, and I like the breakfast sandwiches too. Plus... better coffee. :drinker:

The topic made me giggle. I don't but I think it sounds like a good idea, at least for part of the day/night. I have an office job and don't move around nearly enough.

Infinite pizzas. It's a dream come true. :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

I have a job, my own (rented) place, and my own car. I wouldn't date a guy that didn't have all of those things, and I'm constantly amazed by the amount of people I know who think this is asking too much. I know jobs can be hard to find but if you want anything badly enough, you will get it. Kids and previous marriage are…

My protein goal is a little over 100g. I started eating more beans, eggs, and try to eat some form of meat, fish, or poultry every day, also going to start with a protein supplement. I've noticed I stay full for longer and don't want to eat as much, also less bloated compared to when I eat a bunch of carbs. It's not too…

Pretty much anything but Lipton.

This. Just be yourself.

I watched her day in the life of a high carb vegan video out of curiousity after reading this post. I don't know how she eats all that fruit and doesn't get sick. My blood sugar would be off the wall and I'd end up passing out.

Liquid ingredients aren't meant to be weighed, because fluid ounces differ from dry ounces. Or so I learned in school.

My advice to single peoples? Get out of your comfort zone. Go places you don't usually go, do things you don't usually do. Live life, have experiences, try new things, meet new people. You never know, one of them could be that special someone. I once read that most people spend most of their lives in a radius of just a few…

Two Buck Chuck!!! Woo!!! Can't beat that wine for the price. :drinker:

It doesn't matter what time you eat your calories, as long as you stay within your limit. You could eat your entire day's worth of calories at midnight and still lose, as long as you are eating at a deficient. Not that I'd recommend doing that.

I have a subscription and I love it. I've gotten three free boxes so far, which is more boxes than what I've actually paid for, because of issues on their side (they skipped me for a mailing accidentally). Great snacks, mostly low calorie, and pre-portioned, I love to take them to work.

I've heard that the protein setting on here is too low for most people, and the sugar one is ridiculously low (one piece of fruit and you are over, pretty much). I've changed my settings, and still rarely meet my protein and carb macros, I'm always over on fat, but hey, I'm still losing!

I'm not sure how it would work with shea butter (never used it) but I make a sugar scrub with coconut oil and use cinnamon and vanilla to scent it.

Wolves of Calla (5th in Stephen King's The Dark Tower series), and Catching the Wolf of Wall Street by Jordan Belfort.

The Giver is fiction, non fiction books are true stories. :flowerforyou:

Bump!

I can see this being good with spinach or brocolli and mushrooms in place of the cranberries too...

Any way you can modify the moves to do them from your knees (lady style lol) or something that would put less pressure on your back? I've done some Insanity (never finished it at the time) and do Jillian Michael's workouts now, a lot of the moves are similar and I have to modify some or else my back hurts badly.

Vegetable pizzas on flatbread wraps. I like using mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, olives, pretty much any veggies you can think of. Instead of pizza sauce you can use pesto or garlic butter and different cheeses too. Fish tacos are great too, I season and bake fish and make them with low cal tortillas, tarter sauce, lettuce…

Now that's an idea for the mods.
