I love this. I relate to your story, I can never get below 140 lbs, every time I hit that point I self sabotage. Only have dipped below it once in my adult life and that was due to an insane work schedule that left me little time to do anything but crash as soon as I got home. I've almost hit that point again, and I've…

I didn't drop any weight doing it but lost a pants size. So worth it.

120 seconds!

I have several RL friends, and my sister-in-law on here. I encourage people to use the site, since it's helped me so much, so why not add them after I tell them how awesome it is?

I haven't given up anything but I cut down on carbs and increased protein. I stay full a lot longer and I feel better, so win!

At your weight and height, strength training will probably do more for you than dieting.

I think OP is talking about the ones that are like... "I have 30 lbs to lose by my wedding in a month."
-
I don't mean to be rude, and I know sometimes you just have to vent, but why not talk to him about it instead of posting about it on here? Ask for his assistance and support rather than judgment? Of course some men just don't listen no matter what you say... :indifferent:

Day 15 done! Tomorrow is gonna be rough.

I currently have a desk job (midnights) and if I'm not busy I will jog around or in place behind my desk. Anything to burn a few extra calories!

The whole fat acceptance trend is one of my favorite rants. What Abnersama said... it's okay to be fat and happy but not happy with your fat. It just ain't healthy, people.

I try to eat pretty healthily (high protein, lots of veggies, etc) most of the time, but even when I don't I still have a flat stomach. It's a lot to do with genetics. When I gain weight it shows up in my hips and thighs, not in my stomach.

This thread needs more hot girls. :flowerforyou:

Bump! all the ingredients at home, I know what I'm making when I get off work!

I use one of secret's 48 hour ones and always liked it but I'm noticing I sweat more now when I work out than I ever used too, so I will have to check into some of the suggestions. I need something stronger and more effective as an antiperspirant but am sensitive to a lot of brands.

I use the stuff you can get for baking somettimes, it's said to be the same sweetness as sugar, but I usually don't need quite as much. It tastes slightly sweeter than sugar.

You can't change people... one of the hardest lessons I had to learn. But we can change ourselves, and be a good example to others!

Awesome success story! Love it! And thank you! Lots of luck and hard work will get me there. :drinker:

Protein. And oddly enough, if I'm not very hungry, hot tea.
-
Thank you! I've left myself a little short on time to train at this point, but it's not impossible. And I can walk part of it if I have to. Potentially my disapointment could turn into a positive down the line. It's hard to believe that now, but it could.

False. TNP has eaten a bug before.

I've been doing this before I ever saw the thread, in, day 10 done! :drinker:
-
I'd try it, I'm currently doing a 30 day plank challenge, you work from 20 seconds to 5 minutes. Edit to say I can already do 100 crunches easily enough, but for 30 days straight? Whew.

chicken breasts ground turkey bacon fish (swai, tilapia, pollock, etc) frozen veggies (brocolli, peas, california blend, etc) butter eggs unsweetened almond milk greek yogurt cheese dry beans old fashioned oats natural peanut butter whole wheat pasta spaghetti sauce lettuce spinach carrots mushrooms cucumber cauliflower…
-
In the past, when I didn't get enough, I blended up steamed veggies and added them to my chili, I still put them into a lot of dishes, especially casseroles. Had a pizza casserole with steamed brocolli in it for dinner. A handful of spinach can go into a breakfast smoothie without changing the flavor.

New clothes when I reach goal, jeans that actually fit my *kitten* in particular. :drinker:

No, too low calorie, too low protein, too low fat.
