Maybe try eating higher protein meals/snacks in the morning and afternoon? They keep you full for longer.

Realize that just because you mess up for one day, or one meal, you don't have any excuse to keep messing up. You know you screwed up, forgive yourself, and go back to eating right. Also, don't keep your 'fat clothes', when you get too small for something, get rid of it. Why keep an excuse to gain back weight?

When I feel fat I just try on my old jeans. :laugh: I can't say I've really ever felt ugly since I was a teen, even at my heaviest.

Stick with it. I'm on day 26, and while I've only lost a pound, I took pictures before I started and half way through, and can definitely see a change in my stomach and thighs. If you use the slow and steady approach you aren't nearly as likely to have loose skin.

I don't journal much when things in my life are going good, but I try to when they aren't. I've had issues with emotional binge eating (yesterday :embarassed:) and journalling helps to keep that from happening. Occasionally I get self conscious about the bad scar on my wrist. But it's also a constant reminder that I am incredibly lucky to be alive today, I was in a bad truck accident about a year ago and shouldn't have survived.

Lose my remaining 16 lbs and find a first shift job that I love, or at least like, midnights are getting old!!!

I get the "you never stop eating" from my coworker. One of these days I'm going to get fed up and tell her "And??? You never eat and weigh over almost twice as much as I do."

That's why I'm changing my lifestyle, not my diet. I'm counting calories until I get to my goal weight, but half of that is just to make me more aware of my bad habits and help me to gain new good habits.

My skin is clearer, if I don't drink enough water for a day or two I immediately break out. Plus I feel all around better, my energy levels drop majorly if I don't drink enough and I start feeling sick.

I took it before I got educated about weight loss. Made me shaky and sick, and I ended up having to eat more, not less, so I didn't feel so shaky and dizzy.

Ready for Level Three starting tomorrow!!! Once it's done I'm taking a weekend off and then starting Ripped in 30.

Would you want tipped? As a former bartender and waitress, when part of what you make is based on tips, getting stiffed really sucks. And when word gets out that you don't tip, we aren't likely to give you good service.

Including snacks, about 5 during the work week, I'm lucky to get 2 in on the weekends.
