  • try using a calorie counting watch. i believe it calculates the calories burned by your heart rate. they are a bit pricey but are worth it.
  • Running is the best advice i can give you! i did TM when i was at my heaviest of 190lbs and it was tough but i had a great time doing it. running will help you immensely, run every day and add some upper body workout to be able to lift yourself as this will be a repeated task for many of the obstacles. over all, dont worry…
