Mine is similar to this. I was untagging every single Facebook picture tagged of me because I hated what I looked like. Although I steadily gained my entire adult life, my eyes just never caught up with my body. I never felt as big as I looked in pictures. It's a good motivator!

Seeing pictures of myself from New Years Eve of this year. My skin looked terrible, my hair looked bad and I just looked physically uncomfortable. After losing 100 lbs, I look at pictures of myself and now I look more "natural" if that even makes sense.

I would say eat mostly protein for suhoor and don't go too crazy for iftar. Also, try to eat as close to your calorie goal as possible, but don't stuff yourself to uncomfortable proportions. Good luck!

I've lost 46 lbs in 3 months simply through diet and exercise. While the shakes may be convenient and you may feel like you're healthier, I find them unnecessary. It's possible to lose weight without them...just my 2 cents.

Like many others here, the fast food! I would normally not eat breakfast, maybe get a large combo from McDonalds and then not eat all afternoon until dinner. On the plus side, I've been saving tons of money!
