when i was young and lifting on days i couldnt go i had heavy leg weights around the ankles and would tie something around my ankles to keep them together as in a leg press. Id lie on my back and raise my legs knees bent. id straighten them out in air then pull them back and would do reps of 20s or 25. Very good for legs…

you need protein in your diet and a lot a lot of water. My hair was brittle as well before i started this. I very seldom now have hair breakage.

i think it is I am always left with 700 or so calories left. I just cant eat it all on most days. I think the types of foods have a lot to do with it. I have a pretty clean diet. I have just started to lift again and can see a noticeable change in my arms. While I havent lost more than like .25 inches of them.

hunny I would seriously doubt all of that is actual weight gain sounds like that devilish water bloat. Drink more water and change your exercise routine a bit if you can my guess it that it will come right off. Dont beat yourself up! We all have our off days and weekends.
