I make a pumpkin smoothie that I love this time of year. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (I roast and puree my own pie pumpkins) 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, blended with ice and a dash of cinnamon. Sometimes I will add a tablespoon of almond butter or some sugar free vanilla syrup depending upon what I'm in the mood for!

I have a very small bladder as well...And just like you I have to get up several times a night to pee...It's annoying at the least! I have to stop drinking water rather early...like nothing to drink after dinner. But, I like my sleepy time tea before bed so...I just endure the wakings. Oh and I know Im not PG...LOL...When…
