I am restarting my 30 day shred today, started about 2 weeks ago and didn't cool down properly and limped for 3 days, so glad I found this thread, I want to do this and post my before and after pics when I'm done with round 1!

I lost 40 in 2013, gained back about half, and started back in again with New Year. Down 14 lbs and determine to get to my goal size this time, we got this!!

I sometimes have the same issue and find myself in the bathroom asking, how do I work this thing? Oatmeal, yogurt and coffee seem to be my magic sauce, hope you find yours!

Muscle also burns more calories at rest, say while you sit at your desk at work, than fat. So even working out some and increasing muscle mass slightly or in very least maintaining muscle mass will help you burn more calories when you're doing passive things, like sleeping!

I noticed you have some nice tats and was wondering, did the placement of these or appearance of these change while you lose weight? I have one in a safe spot on my shoulder, but want to get more and not sure since I am a work in progress and don't want to get something that will look "off' when I'm done! Thanks!
