If adding drink mix to your water, gets you your water, then by all means add the drink mix. It's a lot better that way, then not drinking any water. Mmm. Idk about that. I'm allowed 1620 calories a day w/ one pound a week loss and i'm a waitress with a lightly active lifestyle. I had similar problems when i started on MFP. I would suggest buying a food scale. I was overestimating a lot of my calories, and now i weigh EVERYTHING!. It seems to be working. I also started to drink more water.

It's understandable. 100 days! You should feel accomplished and very proud of yourself. You didn't come this far for nothing. It's okay. Maybe you should change your logging to maintenance for as much time as you need, and when you're ready, get back at it!

This!! I believe that you should eat when you are hungry. Don't force yourself to eat your exercise cals if you aren't hungry, but don't starve yourself trying to lose weight either. Use your body as a guide. Well said!

i do the exact same thing and i swear i go number one at least 15 times a day! It is soooo irritating. I love water and the way i feel drinking water, but i hate cutting into all of my daily activities cause i pee so much.

absolutely agree! If i don't drink at least 64oz of water a day my weight loss stagnates, sometimes even gaining a lb or two back! When i drink a lot of water however i see major losses and i'm not nearly as hungry. My skin is also more clear when i drink a lot of water, and the dark circles around my eyes lighten up :)

Definitely up for the challenge! 1.) stay under calorie goal everyday 2.) Drink over 64 oz of water daily 3.) keep my carbs low and my proteins high 4.) never add salt or sugar to meals

Haha, yeah i started eating almonds to get my protein and calories up...but i don't like them very much unless i crush them up and put them in stuff.

Going over your protein isn't a bad thing at all! The only things i try to never go over are sugar, sodium, and carbohydrates. But protein is great for weight loss. I actually use the MFP goal as a minimum.
