You look great! Congratulations!

The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey - this was a fantastic book. I also loved Room by Emma Donoghue just for the completely different viewpoint on the story.

Cook a big pan of something (like chilli) and then freeze it in individual portions. You can then eat it whenever you want and you already know how many calories per portion :-)

I had a butternut squash and leek pasta which was delicious. The squash becomes so creamy that it makes the perfect sauce and doesn't even taste like veggies! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/10/spaghetti-with-creamy-butternut-leek.html

My first short term goal is to be able to do 2km on the elliptical without feeling like I'm about to die! I hate that machine so much, but I will persevere!

My realization was that it's so easy to prepare healthy meals, and can be much quicker than cooking something unhealthy. And I'm enjoying it much more too!

Are you adding exercise too? I think if you add exercise, it will take the exercise calories off the total...

I usually have a mug of Options Belgian Hot Chocolate for 40 calories instead of a bar of chocolate for 200+ calories. Always keeps the the cravings away!

Wow! You look amazing - congratulations! :-D

Feel free to add me, I'm always in need of more motivation!

I lost 47lbs last year and gained too much of it back. I'm looking to lose 150lbs, I know it will be a slow process, but feel free to add me and we can motivate each other!

Mine is public, feel free to add me! :-)

Feel free to add me! I'm trying to post more often, and I log on multiple times a day to have a look at what everyone else is posting for motivation too :-)

Feel free to add me. I'm trying to go from a terrible diet to a healthy one, but I'm transitioning slowly and still eating small amounts of what I like every day, as long as I stay under my goals then I don't mind for now, it's got to be better than what I was eating before!

Wow! You look amazing - congratulations!

Try drinking water, it sometimes helps. Also, take a walk away from your desk (if you're at one) for a few minutes to distract yourself. I also find sugar free chewing gum to be good, helps with the chewing and it's only a couple of calories a piece. :-)

Got to be Nando's. Love eating out there but it's hard to find a low-calorie option!

I use this and absolutely love it: http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Workout-2012-Various-Artists/dp/B006A9XSSG As a bonus it has two 1 hour long tracks which are great for keeping you motivated til the end of your workout!
