I started the 30 day shred. My thing is... I have problems with my left knee, so it is VERY hard to get up & down like she has you doing.

My sister had gave my her's 1 or 2 mile walk DVD. I do the 1 mile, I have done the 2 mile once to see what it was like. I am now ready to start the 2 mile walk. It did take me a while to build up to them.

I do: 1 scoop of vanilla protein 1 banana handful of frozen strawberries scoop of ice cream (which I know is a NO-NO) can substute with vanilla yogurt scoop of crush pineapple cup of Sunny D Makes about 32 oz or less and abt 485 calories

FINALLY GOT ME A TREADMILL :bigsmile: after hubby & I have looked at them off and on for a couple of years. The Ifit program on it is kicking my butt! :ohwell: I know I will like the outcome :love:
