  • My running NSV! C25K week 3 day 1 done and it was great! My route through the common, (see my profile pic) is hilly. Today, the 3 min run was up a long hill, and I managed to keep running up it for the first time! (very slowly!) On the way back, I was due to walk down the hill (typical!), so I thought I would run. the 1st…

I may not get to them each and every day but I do offer support as I'm able. I delete ones that are inactive but I also will delete those that offer no…

  • Hi I can really relate to what you say. I am a similar age and have had the same problems. I started properly 3 months ago and am not far off half way to my goal. I have been on many diets before but this has to be the best!! Get yourself a good group of friends who give you plenty of feedback and you'll be away!! Good…
  • I've sorted your pics, you needed to change the img at the beginning and end of the string to lower case.
  • I have just completed w2 d3. I run on a common near me. The ground is quite loose and sandy, and there's tree roots and stones etc to avoid. My cropped running trousers, bought mid June, are already too big and I ended up having to hold on to them to stop them falling down! I must have lost concerntration for a minute…
  • I'm from a village on the Surrey Hampshire Sussex boarders in England, and it's 9.45pm here:)
  • Did week 2 day 1 on Monday. It's really hilly where I live but I found an area of our local common that's a bit flatter which made such a big difference! I was feeling good, so added another 2 sets of walking / running on to the end of the programme! I'm going to do w2 d2 in a minute  OneBryteSmile - thanks for…
  • This site is great, and I find mutual support from my friends really does help. Good luck with your weight loss. Feel free to add me if you like:)
  • I completed week 1 yesterday  It wasn't too bad. The only thing is it's really hilly where I live with lots of steep hills. I'm still trying to work out the best route so I'm not faced with a steep hill I can't run up! Hope everyone else is doing OK, and I'm enjoying reading all your experiences.
  • I just started C25K on Monday, the first time I have ever done a proper exercise regime. I'm determind to keep the running up, and this is a great help. Day 1 was great! The hardest bit was getting off my backside and out the door to do it. I'm doing day 2 in a minute.
  • Truly inspirational!! You should be so proud, I bet it's really enhanced your whole life

  • At work we found some Cadburys Fruit and Nut bars ( my fav thing to eat in the world and I'm a chocoholic!!) which were on the point of going out of date. We sold them off for 10p for a quick sale, and I didn't have one!! Yay me
