It sounds like you are regulary sick. I wonder if you should look into why that might be. I would think you would normall bring most of the food back up. Good luck on your journey :)

I wouldn't count any exercise you do as part of your normal routine. If you set up mfp accurately, that will have been taken into account already on the activity level you set when you did your diet profile.

I like balsamic vinegar, or I have a lemon dressing with almost no cals. Otherwise I have 0% fat greek youghurt, or low fat cottage cheese instead.

I weigh myself as soon as I get up and when I get home from work. I'm used to what I should weigh when and so can see if I'm loosing anything. I only record it once a week. I find if I stop weighing myself I find it harder to make myself accountable for what I am eating.

Hi I did the same - lost 48lbs, put 17lbs back on, and have now lost 9lbs of that. I'm determind to get to my goal weight this time, and stay at that weight! I also found life got in the way. I'm sorry to hear about your mum. Have a look at my profile, and add me if you like. Good luck!

Hi I went from not running at all to doing 5k's since I've been mfp'ing, but a marathon is beyone me! Good luck on yours. I don't live in Salisbury, but my mum's family come from near there. Broken a bone, eaten any shell fish, done any gym classes. I do go to the gym though, set foot in one for the first time and started going aged 50!

I just wanted to say congratulations on your fantastic weight loss! I don't know the answer on what to do different to loose those last few pounds, I'm on the last leg of my journey as well and it's tough isn't it. I think just keep going, what I'm doing is eating loads of fresh food, trying to get more of my carbs from…

Thanks so much everyone for your kind words :flowerforyou: . @deirdre Unfortunately, I haven't noticed any improvement in my skin, and I've got a bit of a turkey neck with some loose skin now, but I don't care, I'd rather that than the extra weight!! Caroline xx
