I cut up potatoes, smoked turkey sausage, onions,and peppers and put a little olive oil spray on them and sprinkle them with seasoning, then wrap them in foil and put them on the grill until the potatoes are tender. my family Loves this as a main dish. we just add a veggie on the side and have a complete dinner!

juicing is hard, I tried it and liked it, but it was kinda expensive because it took a lot of fruits and veggies to make a batch. I could not juice for a long time, but for breakfast was good.

salsa chicken, sprinkle chicken breast with taco seasoning, then put a tablespoon of salsa on top and bake in the oven. Yummy and you can serve with salad, beans, or rice , whatever your calories allow. :)

you are actually loosing a an awesome rate for someone who does not have that much to loose, you should be happy, not frustrated, you do not put on weight over night and you can't take it all off over night either, so just stay at a healthy steady pace and you will be at your goal soon enough.

they eat what I cook, or they can make their own dinner....LOL sounds harsh but i used to try and make a separate meal for the hubby, but then i got tired of that, he can eat healthy too. but I don't have children, they may be a little more picky.

tuna salad, chicken wrap, turkey sandwich, or leftovers. I sit down on the weekends and plan out a menu for each day of the week. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, after dinner snack, and i do this for each day for the entire week. then i make my lunch the night before. I pack it up with my snacks…

I eat a lot of almonds, really good and packed with protein and just watch the portion size. Emerald makes the 100 calorie packs, which come in a variety of flavors like vanilla bean, cinnamon roast, etc. I eat these when I am hungry between meals and it usually will hold me over. :smile:

If you don't eat enough calories, especially if you are doing that kind of workout, and your body has no fuel to run on, then you will plateau, because your body will go into starvation mode and hang onto every bit of food you consume, try eating at least 1200 calories a day and see if that kick-starts your metabolism.…
