Pasta can be good for you, it depends on the type, I like the vegetable pasta! I'd recommend eating it for lunch, not dinner, Bob Harper explains high amount of carbohydrates like the ones found in pasta is much better during the day for lunch rather than dinner when you're close to bed time.

I agree with both points, personally I think I'm fit enough to do 30DS 3-4 days a week but I also love full-on cardio so I'll do Turbo Jam other days instead. Thank you for the clarification about H.I.I.T and 30 DS, I always seemed to think it was that type of exercise.

Yeah, but it certainly did make me feel more confident that 1,400 calories isn't too much. It's not like I'm petite or anything (I'm 5'4) however, I am at a lower weight than some of my counterparts.

From what I see I think 1,400 is just fine for me, on a given day I'm active enough to burn calories and I'm not always hungry enough to eat them all back. Plus, this website you gave me gave me between 1,700-1,900... I don't think I could eat that much but what I have may be just right.
