My brother told me that the more fat you have the more calories you require in order to feed those fat cells, but of course, when you're at a deficit your body has to chomp on sources that are not calories you are already giving yourself by eating. So I'm planning to use my scale to see my maintenance and work from there!…

Well, you're right. I suppose it's because I used to weigh 122 and now I'm 128 but I don't look significantly different, but I know it's possible to be at that weight. So I'm not sure as to whether or not I should or need to lose more or I should gain muscle mass. However it seems like I've been getting great feedback!

I KNOW! I've been doing 1,200 + excercise cals for as long as I could remember, but I'm at a plateau and have been feeling helpless!

Okay, but I'm slightly afraid to eat more, I've always felt like it was counter intuitive, plus, since struggling an anorexia battle from last summer and winning I finally can eat 1,200 calories...and I don't know, I just can't handle thinking about eating more, I'm afraid I'm not working out hard enough.

Eat slower and you'll feel fuller when going through a craving think about what you truly want more, the health, a great body shape to go with it or not and then you'll see the true importance of sticking to your plan and make healthier choices. Also, have a day where you CAN eat those things but just not the same volume…

I say enjoy yourself, just don't go way out of bounds. Besides, if you don't want to eat what they eat politely tell them you already can eat pizza and stuff in the United States and that you would rather try the fresh stuff over there.
