My Current State - I think I need help

Supposedly it's recommended to only do a H.I.I.T workout every other day to allow your body time for rest, is that true? If so, should I only be doing 30 DS every other day? :huh:

Ever Feel Like You Didn't Earn It?
When I eat after I exercise, and let's assume that the meal has a lot of calories and I earned it through left over calories and exercise calories, I still feel like I didn't earn it and I shouldn't eat it. Does anyone else ever get that feeling? :frown:

Ugh, I don't want to eat 1,200 calories again... Right now, I'm at 1,440.
