This is Pretty Weird

Okay, I rarely have been posting on here, although I still count calories and stuff! I always will. Confused though, I quit hardcore exercising and started to do light/medium exercise instead like walking for an hour or hip hop dancing, both are fun for me because I'm not in incredible pain and I'm doing something I love. The funniest thing is that it's working! I lost 2-4 pounds and I look so much better, I lost two inches and clothes fit so nicely, I actually have abs! :blushing:

What the heck? Is that abnormal, or is good to do lighter exercise...?
