Liquid Calories

Other than coffee with some creamer, are liquid calories usually a no-no? In what instances would you say they're fine? Are they always okay, because some people argue over the sugar content or the lack thereof.

I don't think anything is a no-no. If I choose to have some apple juice then I do. I record the calories.
I think a lot of people choose to not drink liquid calories because they would prefer to chew their food and because they want the added benefit of the bulk (fiber in fruit) to fill them up.
I drink protein shakes. 100+ calories per serving. I don't consider that a waste.
Your life is your own and so are your eating habits. If it works for you and you are happy where you are then there is no need to change to make a complete stranger on a message board happy.0 -
Just curious that's all. Craving lemonade but the sugar is out of this world so I probably only drink half the bottle or none.0
