I'm trying to eat more protein, other than the obvious meat where else is a good source of protein?

I just perused your diary - you have the same calorie goal as me. You can look through my diary for other ideas if you want. Be warned, I exercise everyday but I do not add or "eat back" my exercise calories though.0

Legumes (beans, lentils soybeans)
peanut butter
yogurt
My breakfast has 30 grams of protein and 300 calories:
8 ounces non fat greek yogurt
1TBs peanut butter
1TBs chia seeds0 -
Egg Whites and Tuna are my go-to high-protein, low-cal options.0
