Yes! I airplayed the free YouTube level one of the 30 D.S onto my telly and was pretty stoked that I could give it a shot and ,yes, I used the three pound weights as well! :happy:

Oolong tea and water babe... See here's how I automatically know it's good for me, if nature placed the herbs and water right here, humanity is supposed to consume it. The only way it's bad is if it's in your stomach bloating you up or if you drink gallons of it... :smokin:

I've never done the "diet", but I don't do diets. You shouldn't either, unless it's just to boost your weight loss. The point or really, the goal is to lose weight eating the way you should always be eating. You're heading to a good start though, so, congrats on your accomplishment! :smile:

I thought it was significantly cheaper, and there's an abundance of healthy food there, not all the processed crud that American markets have.

That's actually always been highly debated on MFP. Whether or not you should eat exercise calories, if I don't feel hungry I don't eat them, if I do feel pretty hungry I will eat SOME of them, usually not all though. :smile:
