I USE HRM and get 250-265 calories burned.

166LBS 5ft 5 inches. 250-265 calories for 27 minutes. Don't start the HRM until I am at HR of 115 and stop it at 115 the very low of my monitor.

I use HRM and my HR stays high.. I burn 250- 265 calories in 27 minutes. I start HRM when pulse is at 115 and stop when it goes below 115 at the end> That is the low of my training zone. I'm 166lBS and 5ft5in.

I'm in... already on day 4... almost died on day 1 and that's after going to the gym 6 days a week and doing weights etc.. Day 4 was MUCH easier. I was so sore for a couple days also.

I use the quote on the machines at the gym. They do monitor heart rate too.

If I exercise 500 calories and then I have to eat 1700 a day and I want to continue to eat healthy it seems so difficult. Eating junk and adding calories is easy. I don't drink soda or juice. I have cut out all boxed and processed foods.... Maybe I should not exercise so much??

I eat more than 1000 a day.. you are looking at NET after exercise.

I do eat more than 800.. but with exercise it nets that much. 1200-500 = 700 net.
